This week I had the privilege of interviewing Laura Marcoux to talk about keeping fit, exercising and running as a new mom.
Laura currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota with her husband and three-year old daughter. She started dabbling in running about a decade ago and over the years grew to truly love the experience and the challenge of it. After she had her daughter, she had to overcome a new challenge of being a mom as well as learning how to embrace her body postpartum to get back to running. However, with time and a lot of patience she is happy to say she has finally completed her first half marathon. Laura also enjoys cycling, water sports, snowboarding, books, and is passionate about her field of Healthcare.
