Today, I had the privilege of interviewing Liz Patient, another fellow passionate runner and Pilates instructor who specializes in Pilates for Runners.
After being plagued by injuries and niggles 4/5 years ago, Liz adapted her Pilates practice to specifically enhance and support her running. It transformed her running form and she has since helped hundreds of other runners, from beginners to marathon and ultra-runners with specialized online Pilates sessions, under the brand Pilates for Runners.
