In today’s episode we discuss VO2 max. VO2 max is one of the best indicators of overall health. No matter if you are a runner, an athlete, or an older adult you can benefit from a higher VO2 max. As we age, VO2 max declines, and those with a higher VO2 max have a reduction in risk of other diseases like stroke, heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
