Running Milestones: Small steps towards achieving your running goal (#57)
In today's episode, I cover an important topic of goal setting. A difficult goal, one that is daunting, overwhelming, and so large outside of your comfort level can sometimes cause you to quit.
A better approach to reach these tougher goals is to break the goal into small more reasonable blocks. This makes the goal more realistic, with a smaller goal to hit along the way to your ultimate goal.
